High-energy athletic performance training designed to help young athletes become faster, more explosive, and more confident in their movement.

Sessions are led by Coach King — former Division I athlete and certified strength & conditioning coach — bringing collegiate-level training principles to developing athletes.

Program Details

Age Groups: 8–13 and 14–17 ( March 28th- April 18th)
Sessions: Every Saturday

Parent Waivers must be signed to participate.
Spots Limited: Small group training for better coaching and development
