Service Description

This session is designed for high school basketball athletes looking to improve their speed, agility, and explosive movement on the court. Athletes will train game-speed movement patterns including defensive mobility, reaction speed, explosive first steps, and change of direction. Drills are designed to mimic the physical demands of competitive basketball. Training intensity is higher to prepare athletes for high-level competition and seasonal performance. Cancellation Policy

Booking & Participation Policy Registration & Payment All athletes must complete registration and payment prior to participating in a session. Early registration pricing is available until Wednesday each week. Standard session pricing applies after that deadline. Arrival Time Athletes should arrive 10–15 minutes before the session start time to check in and prepare for warm-up. Late arrivals may miss important instruction and warm-up activities. Waiver Requirement Athletes under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the first session to complete and sign the required participation waiver before training begins. Cancellations & Rescheduling If an athlete cannot attend a session, notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions may be rescheduled when possible, depending on availability. Weather Policy Outdoor sessions may be adjusted or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions. Registered participants will be notified if schedule changes are necessary. Safety & Conduct Athletes are expected to follow coaching instructions and maintain respectful behavior during training sessions. The King Method reserves the right to remove participants who do not follow safety guidelines or disrupt training. Training Attire Athletes should wear athletic clothing and appropriate training shoes or cleats and bring water for hydration.
