SMALL TEAM TRAINING — 8 SESSIONS/ MONTH

Service Description

This service includes 8 team strength & conditioning sessions completed over one month (approximately 2 sessions per week). Training is structured to improve overall strength, power, movement quality, and team readiness. Up to two complimentary introductory sessions are included for onboarding and expectations. The first formal training session includes a baseline performance litmus test for all athletes. TRAINING FOCUS: Strength development across primary movement patterns Power and explosive movement training Conditioning for work capacity and endurance Movement quality and injury-risk reduction First Session: Performance Litmus Test Each athlete will be evaluated on: Height and bodyweight Vertical jump Broad jump Squat and bench press movement patterns General movement quality and mechanics What’s Included: Team training sessions (~2 hours each) Structured monthly programming Weekly team-wide progress tracking Coaching-led instruction and accountability Up to 2 complimentary intro sessions Who This Is For: AAU teams and club programs Middle school and high school teams Small training groups preparing for a season Teams needing structured strength & conditioning Booking & Payment First session booked online. Remaining sessions scheduled via email. 50% deposit required to secure training Remaining balance due after the final session Pricing applies to one month only (8 total sessions)
