Service Description
This service includes 16 team strength & conditioning sessions completed over one month (approximately 4 sessions per week). This is a high-frequency training model designed for teams that require maximum structure, intensity control, and performance readiness. Includes up to two complimentary introductory sessions. The first official session includes a full team performance litmus test. Sessions are approximately 2 hours long.
