Includes 4 personal one-on-one training sessions completed within one week, customized to the client’s goals. Increased frequency allows for faster aesthetic changes, strength gains, or conditioning improvements. Includes a complimentary 60-minute assessment. Training Focus: Increased training volume for faster results Muscle toning or hypertrophy emphasis (if desired) Strength progression with controlled fatigue Higher accountability and structure Recommended for Clients wanting faster visual or performance-based progress. Booking & Payment First session booked online. Remaining sessions scheduled via email. 50% due at booking, 50% due after the final session. Covers one week only (4 total sessions).
