Includes 3 personal one-on-one training sessions completed within one week, fully customized around the client’s goals. Sessions may focus on aesthetics, strength, fat loss, muscle development, or general fitness. A complimentary 60-minute assessment is included. Training Focus: Goal-driven programming (aesthetics, strength, fat loss, or general fitness) Technique coaching and movement quality Progressive resistance based on client readiness Confidence, consistency, and routine building Recommended for Clients who want structured personal training without sport-specific demands. Booking & Payment Book your first session online. After booking, you’ll receive an email to schedule the remaining sessions for the week. 50% is required to book. The remaining 50% is due after the final session. This price applies to one week only (3 total sessions).
