Training Focus: Goal discussion and movement assessment Technique correction and targeted training Education and next-step guidance Recommended for: Trying training, short-term goals, or deciding on a multi-session block. Booking & Payment First session booked online. Remaining sessions scheduled via email. 50% required to book, 50% due after the final session.
