Service Description
This service includes 12 team strength & conditioning sessions completed over one month (approximately 3 sessions per week). Increased frequency allows for faster strength gains, improved conditioning, and greater movement efficiency across the team. Up to two complimentary introductory trial sessions are included. The first official training session includes a baseline performance litmus test for all athletes. Sessions are approximately 2 hours long. TRAINING FOCUS: Strength progression across primary lifts Power and explosive movement development Conditioning for work capacity and endurance Technique reinforcement through repetition First Session: Performance Litmus Test Each athlete will be evaluated on: Height and bodyweight Vertical jump Broad jump Squat and bench press movement patterns General movement quality and mechanics What’s Included: 12 coach-led team training sessions Progressive monthly programming Weekly team-wide progress tracking Strength, power, and conditioning emphasis Coaching instruction, corrections, and accountability Up to 2 complimentary intro sessions Who This Is For: Competitive AAU and club teams High school programs preparing for season Teams needing higher weekly exposure Booking & Payment First session booked online. Remaining sessions scheduled via email. 50% deposit required to secure training Remaining balance due after the final session Pricing applies to one month only (12 total sessions)
