Service Description

July Athlete Development Lab (drop in- 1 session ) Train with a group of dedicated athletes preparing for collegiate competition, upcoming seasons, and high-level performance. This registration includes access to all July Athlete Development Lab sessions held Monday through Thursday from 5:00 PM–7:00 PM at Lakeside High School . Start Date: July 6th End Date: 30th Training Includes: Strength & Conditioning Speed Development Agility & Change of Direction Explosive Power Training Injury Prevention Athletic Performance Development Best value for athletes committed to maximizing their offseason. Ages 17+

Cancellation Policy

By registering for the July Athlete Development Lab, athletes acknowledge and agree to the following: Program Access Registration provides access to all scheduled July Athlete Development Lab sessions from July 8 – July 30. Sessions are held Monday–Thursday from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Lakeside High School. Program schedule is subject to reasonable adjustments due to weather, facility availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Attendance Athletes are expected to arrive on time and ready to train. Athletes arriving more than 20 minutes late may be asked to modify participation for safety reasons. Missed sessions do not roll over into future programs. Refund Policy Due to limited training spots and program planning, Full Registration fees are non-refundable once the athlete begins participation. Refund requests made before the first scheduled session will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, vacations, schedule conflicts, or voluntary withdrawal from the program. Conduct Athletes are expected to demonstrate respect toward coaches, staff, facilities, and fellow athletes. The King Method reserves the right to remove participants for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund. Medical & Safety Athletes must disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or restrictions before participation. Participation is voluntary and athletes assume responsibility for engaging in physical activity appropriate to their fitness level. Weather & Facility Changes In the event of severe weather or facility conflicts, training schedules may be adjusted, relocated, or modified at the discretion of The King Method. Acknowledgment By completing registration, athletes and/or parents acknowledge that they have read and agree to all program policies and understand that this is a high-performance training environment designed for serious athletes ages 17 and older.
