Includes 4 personal one-on-one athlete strength sessions completed within one week, emphasizing strength, power, speed, and load management. Includes a complimentary 60-minute assessment to guide weekly training. Training Focus: Increased weekly training exposure Power-based lifts and athletic movement drills Speed mechanics and acceleration work Load management for higher frequency Recommended for Athletes needing more weekly structure and faster progress. Booking & Payment First session is booked online. Remaining sessions are scheduled via email. 50% due at booking, 50% due after the final session. Applies to one week only (4 total sessions).
