Service Description
Includes 3 personal one-on-one athlete strength sessions completed within one week. Training focuses on sport-specific strength, power, speed, and movement mechanics. A complimentary 60-minute assessment is included and may be completed during the first session or scheduled separately. Training Focus: Foundational strength patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull) Introductory power development and coordination Movement mechanics and positional awareness Injury prevention, warm-ups, and recovery habits Recommended for Developing athletes building consistency and safe training habits. Booking & Payment Book your first session through the website. After booking, you’ll receive an email to schedule the remaining sessions for the week. 50% is required to book. The remaining 50% is due after the final session. This price applies to one week only (3 total sessions).
