Includes a complimentary 60-minute assessment to customize loading and recovery. Training Focus: Advanced loading strategies and intensity management High-output power work with fatigue control Readiness monitoring and recovery integration Deceleration, stability, and injury-risk reduction Recommended for Competitive athletes preparing for peak performance. Booking & Payment First session booked online. Remaining sessions scheduled via email. 50% required to book, 50% due after the final session. Applies to one month only (16 total sessions).
