Includes 12 personal one-on-one athlete strength sessions completed within one month. Training follows a structured progression to improve strength, conditioning, and movement quality. A complimentary 60-minute assessment is included to guide the monthly plan. Training Focus: Progressive overload across main lifts Structured power development (jumps, throws, explosive lifts) Conditioning aligned with sport demands Movement efficiency and durability tracking Recommended for Athletes committed to measurable month-long progress.
